Various campaigns are run by the Government of UP from time to time to address the problems and issues being faced by people who are suffering from various diseases. A special 10-day campaign was launched to identify people suffering from tuberculosis (TB) in the state where health workers reached out to 81 lakh people, identifying those suffering from TB, screen them and help them avail treatment at no cost.; a special vaccination campaign for children and pregnant women left out due to the COVID-19 situation was also launched; nutrition month and nutrition week campaigns were also launched.
